This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for Rec-On subscriptions, manual payments, and paid access periods.
Rec-On is a Discord-first service. Refund requests are primarily handled through the official Rec-On Discord server. Email support is available as a fallback contact method.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may approve a refund in situations such as:
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have legal consumer rights, including a possible right of withdrawal for online purchases.
Where Rec-On provides immediate access to digital services, we may ask you during checkout to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your withdrawal rights may be affected once the service has started, where permitted by law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under your local law.

Refund requests should be submitted through Discord whenever possible.

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the charge date may be rejected unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Pix and other manual payment methods may be processed as one-time payments or invoice-based payments. Refunds for these methods are reviewed under the same eligibility rules described in this policy.
Heads up: Manual refunds may take longer depending on the payment method, bank, country, and Stripe processing rules.
If you downgrade to a lower plan during a billing period, the downgrade normally takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
No prorated refund is normally issued for the remaining time on the higher-tier plan unless required by law or confirmed by Rec-On.
Important: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in temporary suspension of your Rec-On access while the dispute is investigated.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please open a billing ticket in Discord first. Most issues can be resolved faster without a bank dispute.
If a refund is approved, we will submit it through Stripe or the relevant payment flow. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank, card issuer, country, and payment method.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
