Cancellation Policy

Overview

You can cancel your Rec-On subscription at any time. Rec-On is a Discord-first service, so billing, plan access, support and cancellations are primarily handled through the official Rec-On Discord server.

Good to know: Cancelling your subscription does not immediately remove your access. You retain access until the end of the current paid billing period.

How to Cancel

Cancellation requests are primarily handled through Discord.

STEP 1 Join or open the official Rec-On Discord server.
STEP 2 Open a billing ticket or use any billing management command made available by Rec-On.
STEP 3 Provide your Discord server ID so we can locate your subscription and plan access.

If Discord access is unavailable, you may contact us at support@rec-on.online as a fallback contact method.

We recommend submitting cancellation requests before your next renewal date. Requests received after a renewal has already been processed may apply to the following billing cycle.

Discord-Based Billing Management

Rec-On operates primarily through Discord. The website is used for product information, documentation, pricing and legal pages. Subscription management, billing support, plan activation and cancellation requests are normally handled inside Discord.

Stripe remains the payment processor for paid plans. We do not store your payment card details.

What Happens After Cancellation

Access
You keep access until the end of the current paid billing period.
Renewal
Once cancellation is confirmed, your subscription will not renew automatically.
Bot Behaviour
The bot continues to work until your active paid access expires.
Data Retention
Server data is retained for 30 days after paid access expires, then permanently deleted.

Billing After Cancellation

After cancellation is confirmed, no future recurring charges will be made for that subscription.

Important: If a renewal payment has already been processed before your cancellation request is completed, the subscription may remain active until the end of that paid period. Refund eligibility is handled under our Refund Policy.

Downgrades

You may request a downgrade through the official Rec-On Discord server. Downgrades normally take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

  • You keep higher-tier features until the current billing period ends.
  • No prorated credit is normally issued for mid-cycle downgrades.
  • Features unavailable on the lower tier may stop working after the downgrade takes effect.

Pix and Manual Payments

Pix and other manual payment methods may be processed as one-time payments or invoice-based payments. If there is no automatic renewal, no cancellation action is required. Your access expires at the end of the paid period.

Data Deletion Requests

After cancellation, your data is automatically deleted 30 days after your paid access expires. If you want your data deleted earlier, open a support ticket in the official Rec-On Discord server or contact support@rec-on.online.

Cancellations by Rec-On

We may suspend or cancel a subscription in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Fraudulent payment activity.
  • Abuse of the service, support system, or billing system.
  • Security threats or attempts to bypass plan access.
  • Service or plan discontinuation.

Policy Changes

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
