Where do I buy or activate Rec-On?
Join the official Rec-On Discord server, open a billing ticket or use an available billing command, and complete Stripe Checkout from there.
Does the website have a dashboard?
No. The website is a marketing, information, pricing, FAQ, and legal hub only. Customer operations stay in Discord.
Who handles payment processing?
Stripe remains the payment processor. Rec-On generates the correct Stripe Checkout or invoice flow from Discord billing commands or tickets.
How does plan activation work?
After Stripe confirms payment, plan access is activated automatically for the Discord server connected to the billing flow.
How do I change or cancel a subscription?
Use the official Discord server first. Open a billing ticket or use any available subscription or cancellation command.
How do I request support or a refund?
Support and refund requests are primarily handled through Discord. Email support is a fallback contact method only when Discord is unavailable.
